Clio Assistant is a private, personal productivity assistant operated by Alejandro Perez. It helps the account owner review, summarize, classify, organize, and preserve information from their Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
Clio Assistant’s purpose is to turn the account owner’s authorized Google Workspace information into useful personal organization: identifying action items, organizing approved files, summarizing information, and preserving useful personal knowledge. It is a private personal-use application, not a public or commercial service.

Clio is not a public service or commercial application. It is operated for the account owner's private use.
Under your control
Clio does not automatically send email, delete information, archive messages, or share files without the account owner's authorization.
